Mary (she/her) is the Founder of Payroll Performance.
Mary has a love for payroll and is very passionate about analytics. She is confident that data tells a story and shows valuable trends. Mary is all about making a human connection with you and understanding your story. Mary enjoys helping her clients understand how they can save time and money on overhead costs such as sick and overtime and teaching them how to review or understand their own retention and turnover trends. Everyone knows that payroll is an expense and as business owners we want to save money where we can.
Mary is a Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) and she has well over 20 years of experience. She is well versed in the payroll, pension, and benefits industries. She has had two long term tenures in her career as a Payroll Manager.

Mary comes from the small town of Kennetcook, NS. She is married, has two children, two fur babies, a dog and a cat. When Mary is not working she can be found at the hockey rink, 4-H or trying her best to maintain a healthy lifestyle while walking with her dog.

Meet Gina, Payroll Expert
Gina (she/her) is a Payroll Expert. Gina is the heart of Payroll.
Gina is passionate about payroll. Gina is all about making connections with her clients and getting the data right, her attention to detail is phenomenal. She will take the time to get to know you and make sure your experience is a great one. She provides the one-on-one customer service that you don’t get with many companies.
Gina has over 25 years of experience in HR and payroll combined. Her knowledge and expertise are solid. She is a member of the National Payroll Institute. Gina had one long term career of 35 years and then retired.
Gina comes from Timberlea, NS. She has a husband, and a fur baby. When Gina is not working, she likes to take her fur baby for a walk with her husband.
